*16 teams in the 1st Round of participated in Regional State Playoffs. 2nd Round was State-wide Quarter Finals. Today the Colorado State Playoffs begin with seeded 32 teams. The second Round is the Round of 16 and the third round is the Quarter Finals, etc. to the Finals.

Highlights: Host 1st Round State Playoffs and win 3-0 vs. Grand Junction. Lost 3-0 in State Playoffs Round of 16 at Lewis-Palmer. 2nd Place in Centennial League is Boulder High's best league finish ever. Ranked #8 in Rocky Mountain News and Denver Post. League highlights include 2-1 win over 2007 State Champions Smoky Hill, 3-2 win over Cherry Creek; 1-1 Tie with State Runner Up Grandview; 1-0 win over Eagle Crest and 4-3 win over Overland; Boulder Valley Invitational Runner Up for the second year in a row. Boulder first 1st Team All-State Selection, Tim Smith. Five All-Centennial league award winners: Tim Smith, Adam Hinkelman, Devin Kuh, Angelo Rieder and Sean Rice. Smith is recruited to play NCAA Division I soccer at Air Force Academy and is named BHS Fall Sportsman of the Year.
2006 8-7 (0-1)
Highlights: First year head coach, Hardy Kalisher named Centennial League Coach of the Year and All-Region Coach of the Year after Panther experience and unexpect turnaround season with their first State Playoff appearance since 2001. The 1st Round of State Playoffs ends in a close 0-1 game at Pine Creek. A 2-1 win over 2006 State Champions Smoky Hill in Centennial League and a come from behins 2-1 win vs Fairview secure a 4th place finish Centennial League. Panthers are the Boulder Valley Invitational Runner-up. Captains Pat Geesamen (Sr.) and Tim Smith (Jr.).
2005 3-9-3
Highlights: One year coach Troy Tewalt guides Boulder to a 1-1 tie vs. Centennial League power Smoky Hill. Boulder is winless in league play. Four year varsity players and captains: Jack Vere Nicol (Named Denver Post Preseason Best of Best) and Tyler Martin (GK).
2004 5-4-5
Highlights: Tied Fairview for City Championship.
2003 5-6-3
Highlights: Tied Smoky Hill 2-2 and Mullen 2-2 in Centennial League.
2002 5-7-3
Highlights: Beat Monarch 4-1 and Niwot 2- in non-conference games. Tied Fairview 0-0. 4 year varsity player and senior Captain Patrick Huffer finishes his impressive BHS soccer career. While individual all-time records are not available, Huffer is arguably one the top student-athlete to have played at BHS. He later went on to be named NCAA Scholar Athlete of the Year at Williams College, an award given to the NCAA's top All-American soccer player. After graduating college Huffer declined offers to have tryouts with European professional soccer clubs choosing instead to pursue his dream of attending medical school.
2001
Highlights: 1st Round of State Playoffs beat Horizon 2-1; Round of 16 of State Playoffs lost 1-2 to Arvada West; Tied Fairview 1-1 and Split the City Championship. Captains: Josh Bienvenu (Sr.), Daniel Biggers (Sr.), Marshall Burrow (Sr.) and Patrick Huffer (Jr.).
2000 11-3-1
Highlights: Beat 4A defending State Champs Broomfield. Started season with an 8 game win streak but falter in league play and fail to make State playoffs despite best start in history of program and Top 10 ranking in state. Leading goalscorer, Patrick Huffer (sophomore). Captains: Danny Anderson, Barrett Helmer and Zach Zwart.
1999 5-7-1
Highlights:

Highlights: First year coach, Pete Carnes guides team to 1st Round of State Playoffs. Won City Championship. Leading goal scorers are Grant Burrow and Lawton Ziedses Des Plantes.
1997 6-7-1 (0-1)
Highlights: Captains Josh Brant, Scott Burrow, Josh Stevenson. Beat Cherry Creek 1-0. Beat Fairview 2-0.
1996 4-8-1
Highlights: Long time assistant coach Adam Fels become head coach and leads Panthers to the City Championship with two 2-1 wins vs. Fairview in Centennial League; 2-0 win vs. Cherry Creek and 3-2 win vs. Mullen in Centennial League. Finish season strong with 2nd round of playoffs. Won first play off game 3-1 vs. Manual High School. Lost 1-3 in Quarter Finals to Chatfield.
1995 10-6-1 (1-1)
Highlights: 1 year coach, Marcus Des Plantes in herits a successful program from five year coach John Welsch. Quarter Finals of State Playoffs. Beat Cherry Creek and Fort Collins. Tied Fairview. Captain Eric Clark is a 4 year varsity player.
1994 11-6 (1-1)
Highlights: Ranked #8 preseason; Seed #12 in State Playoffs; Beat #5 Fort Collins in 1st Round of State Playoffs; Lost 3-2 to Overland in Quarter Finals of State Playoffs; City Champions vs. Fairview with 4-2 win and 3-2 draw in Centennial League); Beat Cherry Creak at home 3-2 in Centennial League. Explosive offense scores 44 goals lead by junior and 2nd Team All-State selection Eric Clark (12 goals, 4 assists). All-Centennial League honors go to: Clark, John Knight and Joel McElroy.
1993 4-8-3
Highlights: Lost first round playoff game to Fairview 1-3. Eric Clark leads team in goals (5).
1992 7-9
Highlights: Hosted 1st Round of State Playoffs and won 4-3 vs. George Washington after being down 0-3 at half-time; Lost in Quarter Finals of State Playoffs. Soccer program fields 3 teams for the first time. Captains are Dave Ryserson, Mike Clark and Jamie Uhlir. Split games with Fairview 3-2 and 0-2.
1991 9-10-1
Highlights: BHS most prolific goal scoring year with 59 goals lead by forward Sebastian Colom (20+ goals). Beat #1 Ranked Bear Creek in 1st Round of playoffs 4-1. Lost to Northglenn in Quarter Finals. Beat Fairview twice 3-2 each time. Captains Sebastian Colom, Jamie Uhlir and David Waidler. Colom later went on to play NCAA Division 1 soccer at University of Tulsa where he still has the all-time single season assist record.
1990 8-6-1
Highlights: Big wins vs. Mullen 2-0, Smoky Hill 2-1 and a tie vs. Cherry Creek 1-1. Lost twice to Fairview. All-Centennial League 1st Team are Nick and Ben Studholme and Sebastian Colom. 2nd Team All-Centennial League: Steve Miller (GK) and Nathan Uhlir.
1989 5-8-1
Highlights: Former professional and NCAA All-American, John Welsch is named the fourth boys soccer head coach of Boulder High. Local wins vs. Fairview 3-2, Niwot 5-0 and Broomfield 2-1. League win vs. Smoky Hill 2-1.
1988 9-7
Highlights: Panthers have a remarkable turn around under Coach Christopher and finish 4th in Centennial League, Beat Broomfield 4-0 and split games with Fairview 1-3 and 3-1.
1987 1-10-2
Highlights: Assistant Coach Marcus Christopher fills after the newly hired coach declines position just before the start of the season. Despite their efforts, the program struggles to find it's way.
1986 5-7-2 /
Highlights: Advance to State Playoffs for first time. Lost game after 12 rounds of penalty kick shoot out with Cherry Creek after 1-1 score. Beat Fairview 3-0 in league.
1985 8-3 /
Highlights: Strong season with wins vs. Cherry Creak 2-1, Mullen 3-1 and Smoky Hill 2-1. Lost 1-3 to Fairview
1984 8-3-1 /
Highlights: Program experience first winning season under new coach Jim Creasey. Program expands to varsity and junior varsitty after 67 boys attend tryouts. Season features three big blow out wins: 5-0 vs. Fairview, 5-1 vs. Cherry Creek and 6-0 vs. Smoky Hill. Captain Brian Husler.
1983 1-10-1 /
Highlights: Ron Grace (GK) and Andrew Huhlfelder are the 1st Boulder soccer players to receive All-Centennial soccer honors. Captains are Andrew Hohlfelder and Chris Jones. Lost to Fairview 0-1.
1982 0-11 /
Highlights: Boulder's only winless season. Captain Steve Syler. Coach Tito Fuentes launches BHS girls soccer program in the spring. Lost to Fairview 1-4.
1981 2-7-2 /
Highlights: After 6 years of petitioning and hardwork, BHS sanctions boys varsity soccer under coach Tito Fuentes. Captains Rick Ammer, Shannon Hartman, Brad Sather.
