Sean Batson (BHS 07') Emerson College (MA). Sean earned two varsity letters in soccer at BHS.



Tom Ashley (BHS 06') is playing in the midfield for Clark University (MA). Ashley was the 2005 Offensive Player of the Year for BHS and All-Centennial League.


Joey Mattina (BHS 05') played 18 of 21 games as a freshmen and 16 of 16 thus far as a sophomore at St. Lawrence University (NY). At BHS he was selected as the MVP of the soccer team in 2004, along with being selected on to the 2004 All Centennial League Team and the 2004 Academic All State Team.


Dwayne Pelz (BHS 04') in action at Bates College (Maine). Pelz has been a three year starter for Bates and was named to the 2006 NESCAC All Conference team. Pelz was an All Centennial League player at BHS.



Patrick Huffer (BHS 03') Named NSCAA 1st Team All-American, ESPN The Magazine Academic All-American and 2006 NESCAC Player of the Year

MISSION, KS – Williams College senior Patrick Huffer has been named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-America 1st Team.

Huffer lettered for four years and helped lead the Ephs to a record of 57-9-6 (.833). Williams advanced to the NCAA Tournament all four years, winning the NESCAC Tournament three times and the NESCAC regular season title four times.

Huffer led Williams and NESCAC in goals scored this season with 14, making this the third consecutive year he led the Ephs in goals scored and the second straight year he led in total points.

An indefatigable midfielder, Huffer, scored three game-winning goals this fall and converted his only PK opportunity in a game. He netted a picture perfect game-winner in OT to lift the Ephs over Wesleyan 2-1, putting the Ephs in position to win a fourth straight NESCAC regular season title. Over the past four
seasons Huffer tallied 33 goals and registered 10 assists for 76 points.

Huffer was also named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America College Division Men's Soccer First Team. Huffer, a biology major, sports a 3.93 GPA. He is a two-time Academic All-NESCAC choice, has been a Dean's List student every semester at Williams and was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa.

Earlier this fall Huffer was named First Team All-NESCAC and the conference's Player of the Year.

Huffer is the all-time goal scoring record holder at Boulder High School with 36 career varsity goals, a 4 year soccer letter winner and All-Centennial League player.

Dan Biggers (BHS 02') completed his collegiate soccer career at Drew University (NJ) in 2005 as an all-conference goalkeeper.

Evan Barr (BHS 01') and Jared Lipton (BHS 04') won a national championship with the University of Colorado men's club team in 2005.

Jason Koshi (BHS 99') completed his collegiate soccer career in 2005 by leading the Liberty League Tournament Champions/ NCAA Northeast Region Finalist, St. Lawrence University (NY) as team captain. At BHS he was team captain, MVP and All Centennial League.

Jesse Gossett (BHS 97') - Texas Christian University

Eric Clark (BHS 96') - Northern Illinois University scored 10 varsity goals his freshmen season at BHS including a hat trick in his first game. Eric was named All-State his senior year.

Shawn Faulkner (BHS 96') - Texas Christian University. Currently a high school coach in San Diego, CA.

Sebastien Colom (BHS 92') is one of the "legends" of Boulder soccer. His single season total assists record of 13 still stands at the University of Tulsa (NCAA Division I).
