• Congratualtions to Sean Rice (Class of '08) who made the University of Puget Sound Loggers Men's Varsity this fall. Sean was three year starter, Co-Captain and All-Conference student-athlete for Boulder High. He is listed as a forward for the Loggers.

• Good luck to 2008 standout midfielder Angelo Reider who returned to Denmark. Reider will be playing for a Danish 1st Division U18 team. He will continue to play for the United States' Far West Regional Olympic Development Program 1991 team.

Jeff Hirsch (Sr.), Angelo Reider (Jr.) spent part of their summer playing in the Major League Soccer Under 17 Cup. Both players started for the Colorado Rapids U-17 A team. the MLS U-17 Cup feature 14 professional youth academy teams from each Major League Soccer's professional team. The Colorado Rapids U-17 A team played DC United, Chicago Fire, Houston Dynamo and Kansas City Wizards. Both Reider and Hirsch represented well and received tremendous exposure to college and professional scouts with over 200 college coaches, MLS and English Premier League scouts in attendance.

• Varsity Captain and 2 time Centennial League All-Conference honoree, Devin Kuh (Sr.) was named Boulder High's 2007-2008 Junior of the Year. A well-round student-athlete and leader, Devin is also the Boulder High Senior Class President.

• The following Boulder High student-athletes were named to the Colorado Olympic Development Program State Team and will be spend part of July in Portland, Oregon at the Far West - Region IV ODP Camp. At the camp these players will be looking to be identifed for the Region IV ODP team and possibily the US National Team program. Good luck and congratulations to: Adam Hinkelman (Sr.), Martin Orona (Sr.). Angelo Reider (Jr.), Rojesh Shrestha (Fr.). Previous members of the Colorado ODP team include: Max Jaffee (Jr.) and Brook Assefa (So.), Brooks De Paula (So.).
***UPDATE *** Congratulations to Aneglo and Martin for being named to Region IV ODP team. Only 4 Colorado players where named to this 22 player team that represents the some of the top players from 14 western states. Next up will be an opportunity to be selected to the US National youth team.
