SOCCER SPEED CAMP
• Soccer Specific Speed, Power, Agility and Quickness Summer Training / 12-17 Year Olds / 9AM-10AM
This unique camp is for soccer players looking to develop their speed, power, agility and quickness throughout the summer. The camp is open to players from all middle and high schools. This camp one is two days a week from June 21 to July 30. Campers can sign up for the whole summer or drop in. The camp is designed to allow for summer vacation plans.

Tips for a successful summer camp experience:
1) Pre-register
2) Bring a sports drink and water
3) Only attend one sports camp per day.
4) Have a light and energizing breakfast
5) Bring a healthy snack
6) Wear soccer shorts, shin guards and soccer cleats (we recommend turf shoes available at Rocky Mountain Soccer on 2767 Iris Ave in Boulder)
7) Wear sunscreen
Arrive a few minutes early
